NJ 351 Bourbon Barrel Aged

English Pale malts and flaked barley meld with blackstrap molasses for a hearty and complex malt flavor. For hops we used Cluster the first hop cultivated in the US. The beer finishes with the modern Simcoe and centennial. The bourbon aging then adds its own unique character to make this a perfect dessert beer. The latter gives a deep piney flavor aroma, a nod to a state treasure-the Pine Barrens.

  • Malts: Superior Pilsen, Marris Otter, Honey Malt, Medium Crystal Molasses and Brown Malt
  • Hops: Centennial, Simcoe, Cluster
