    Exit 15 will be released here at the brewery on Friday October 9th at 3:00pm.  Exit 15 Coffee IPA will be sold in 750ml bottles for $10.99 each. We will also have it on draft. Because of the limited amount of draft available, there will be no growler sales.

    Stop by the tasting room Saturday October 10th, to try 4 different cask versions of OktoberFish as well as the standard version. We’ll have two casks on at any time and replace it when one kicks. Your choices will be:
    Black Forest (chocolate and cherry additions)
    German Chocolate (chocolate and coconut)
    Candy Corn (candy corn dry hop)
    Spicy wafer (spiced wafer and pumpkin seasoning)

    The 6th version is RedOktober, a blend of RedFish and OktoberFish.

  • Sips & Supper @ The Rancocas Nature Center Posted: September 28, 2015

    October 25, 2015 from 4-7 pm. Enjoy an evening in beautiful Smithville Park while supporting local environmental education at the Rancocas Nature Center. This fundraising event will include a sampling of “Sips” by Flying Fish Brewery and Salem Oak Vineyard and “Supper” by Just Between Friends Catering. The event also features 50/50 and gift basket raffles. Dress is casual. $50 per person.

  • The Witches Ball–October 10th Posted: September 26, 2015

    Surrender yourself to the atmosphere while all around you performances blend with the patrons as the night progresses. A diverse collection of music, art and revels await those who have the inclination and imagination to take part.

    Costumes are encouraged. Be elaborate, be imaginative and be different. More than witches are welcome. Delve deep into the genres of Fantasy, Medieval, Renaissance, Victorian, Steampunk, Pirate, Goblin, Gothic, Horror, Carnival, Celtic and Faerie lore.

    This is intended to be an event for adults. Parents who bring children under 18 should be aware that some costumes may be scary or suggestive. Strollers after dark in a large crowd can be a safety hazard and we ask that you leave them at home. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Flying Fish Pro-Am This Friday Posted: September 14, 2015

    Line up for Team Flying Fish Pro-Am Announced

    Stop by this Friday starting 3 pm for the first ever Pro-Am Brewoff. Brewery staffers formed 6 teams, picked ingredients out of a hat and came up with some pretty unique brews. Best of all, you get to sample and decide the winner. Everyone who samples (after taking the mandatory tour, of course) gets to vote for their favorite. The team that brews the winning beer gets the coveted soon-to-be-designed trophy and bragging rights for the next year.
