Instagram Live with our Brewing and Production Team tomorrow 4/2 at 7:30pm. This week we discuss our latest new product: SMPL Seltzer. We are super stoked on our latest project and so happy with the reception so far. You’ve submitted some great questions: -How did you come up with the flavors? -Any new flavors you’re thinking of making? -Why did you guys make a seltzer? -Is seltzer easier or harder than beer to make? If you have more questions please DM, comment or just join us live tomorrow and ask! Pull up a chair, grab a SMPL Seltzer and let’s chat! See you tomorrow at 7:30. #smplseltzer #smpl #keepitsmpl #hardseltzer #hardseltzers #craftseltzer #localseltzer #njseltzer #njcb #virtualcheers #virtualhappyhour #staysafeoutthere #staysafeeveryone #staysafestayhome #shelterinplace #njbeer #njbrewery #localcraft #localcraftbeer by flyingfish | Apr 1, 2020 | Instagram
Dinner time! Anyone else been cooking a ton since being stuck at home? I’ve been craving some homemade pizza and found this one from All Recipes. Of course we couldn’t help pairing it with our delicious hazy, juicy ipa, Hazy Bones. Available in 6pk 12oz cans Now! Pizza and Beer are the perfect match after long day sheltering in place with the kiddos, significant other or alone nothing but your thoughts. Stay safe everyone! This one doesn’t require crazy kneading or waiting for dough to rise. Super fast and easy. You can also shortcut and buy premade dough. Found refrigerated by the bakery in your grocery or in the frozen food section. Protip if you don’t have a pizza Stone use a cookie sheet flipped over so it’s all flat. Ingredients 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast 1 teaspoon white sugar 1 cup warm water 2 1/2 cups bread flour 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 can of pizza sauce Whatever shredded cheese you like Directions Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan or baker’s peel dusted with cornmeal. Spread with desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving. #njcraftbeer #njbeer #flyingfish #hazyjuicyipa #ipabeer #ipalover #ipalovers #njcraftbeers #newjerseybeer #drinklocalbeer #drinklocalcraftbeer #pizzaandbeer #pizzabeer #pizzabeerhappy #neipa #newenglandipa #londonfog #pizzaforever #pizzaholic #pizzaday #pizzaaddict #pizzadough #njbeers #craftbeerlove #craftbeergeek #craftbeerculture #craftbeerstagram #shelterinplace #staysafeeveryone #staysafestayhome by flyingfish | Mar 30, 2020 | Instagram
